Neroli for Menopause, Mood and More

I use Neroli for menopausal symptoms & mood-l

One of DoTerra’s newest products is the new Neroli Touch essential oil. This is a great one to add to your collection if you haven’t already. It is steam-distilled from the small white flowers of the bitter orange tree making it part of the same family as Orange and Petitgrain. Neroli oil has a wide variety of uses which means that your whole family can benefit from it.

I like to use Neroli for my post-menopausal symptoms, such as irritability, low moods and brain fog, although works for anyone with these symptoms and not only for menopausal women. I apply it on my spine at the back of my neck, as well as my wrists & heart center. I just love the way it makes me feel!! It works quickly to calm anxious feelings and lift sad moods. Neroli can also be used to soothe skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes.

dōTERRA’s new Neroli Touch essential oil, also known as Citrus x aurantium, is a cousin to Orange and Petitgrain as they all are harvested from the same bitter orange tree. Neroli comes from the flowers of the tree which are delicate but provide us with a powerful tool for our homes. According to research, Neroli instills relaxation, uplifts mood, reduces feelings of anxiousness, and promotes overall well-being. Applied topically, Neroli can be used to soothe skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes. Want to know more about this amazing essential oil? Check out the Spotlight on
