Easter breakthrough to what appears to be impossible

Early Sunday Easter morning on my patio: birds singing, my cherry and apple trees blossoming, seeds in my vegetable garden sprouting. I’m moved to tears by the magnificence of it all. How does all of this beauty and power of creation happen?! The rose bushes pushing out their new 2017 blooms. The sycamore growing new branches almost inches a day. Dozens of new ducklings and baby chipmunks born. The power of it all! I’m reminded that we are part of all this power of creation of expansion and new growth. Just like the weeds poking through cracks in my driveway, the greater “us” is trying to break through too. The power of an Easter┬ábreakthrough is always within us. We make it difficult by trying to hold that power of creation back, covered up behind walls like fear, judgement, depression or apathy.

Easter to me is about the promise of an Easter breakthrough to what appears to be impossible. It’s about insurmountable odds being possible and actually happening. It’s the reminder that when we allow the divinity of who we really are move through barriers like fear, discouragement or struggle, it’s a miracle to behold!

As Jesus did not give in to anger or hate or fear, that’s the direction we must take. Negative emotions weaken us and direct us against what we really want. As we focus on goodness, stay grounded in the fact that miracles were ensured in our creation, we can break through. We’re not alone! All of creation is on our side and wants us to succeed. Just like the apple blossoms blooming again or weeds sprouting through the cracks, we have that same power in us and more!

Easter is about coming alive again. May you be reborn today with your own Easter breakthrough to your greater self .

I’ll leave you with the beauty of A Course in Miracles lesson 58:
Herein lies my claim to all good and only good. I am blessed as a Child of God. All good things are mine, because God intended them for me. I cannot suffer any loss or deprivation or pain because of Who I am. My Father supports me, protects me, and directs me in all things. His care for me is infinite, and is with me forever. I am eternally blessed as His Child.

I send you abundant Easter blessings.
