Please make sure that your device is situated with Zoom video on so you can be viewed by Juliana during the session, and there's enough light in the room. She will be giving you coaching prompts during your Breathwork session.
After the session, we'll have a little sharing time. Most people like to share their experiences. Feel free to join this part if you want, or you can simply relax in the Bliss you've created for yourself. We understand!
