What to expect & how to participate

The ultimate goal of Conscious Breathwork is to experience bliss, joy, peace, expansiveness. You will most likely feel some of this, even from your first session. There are a few things for you to know beforehand:

  • Msg here for Zoom link
  • Breathe in & out your mouth
  • Breathe in a circle: in and out equal lengths, with no pauses
  • Focus on the inhale, relax the exhale
  • You will feel tingling throughout your body, which is good: your cells are oxygenating!
  • This is for anyone, although for those with respiratory or mental  health challenges, check with your doctor


How to prepare your space

Please make sure that your device is situated with Zoom video on so you can be viewed by Juliana during the session, and there's enough light in the room. She will be giving you coaching prompts during your Breathwork session.


After the session, we'll have a little sharing time. Most people like to share their experiences. Feel free to join this part if you want, or you can simply relax in the Bliss you've created for yourself. We understand!
