Positivity coaching begins with a Life Coach, like Juliana Ericson, who sees what’s in you that you can’t or won’t see in yourself. So often people are trying to heal their lives, but they continue to carry all of their old baggage and judgements with them. They are HEAVY! How can these people expect to become lighter and more joyful while they are dragging all of those heavy burdens around?
Traditional psychotherapy will focus on the baggage - what is is, where it came from, how did it make you feel, what Is your fear in releasing it, etc. Then months or years of repeating over and over the same baggage, the same emotional pains. You learn tools to manage the pain, but it is still always there and you feel it.
Positivity, on the other hand, will see what the baggage is and the preverbal thought that may have caused it. Then”fill the holes”, so to speak, of the life road that never was created. All the while this process is happening, the client will be taught to focus on NOW. To focus on what is going well NOW. Then build on things, even small ones, that are going RIGHT, provide some peace and comfort, some meaning. Clients are taught to focus on the good in life, even when there is bad going on around.
Positivity is powerful medicine! It gives us back our power, meaning and even health. Positivity uses our thoughts to strengthen us, instead of tear us down with self-judgement. And when Positivity is used with Breathwork, it is truly life changing!
